The data will be stored for a period of time not longer than strictly necessary following the predicted outcomes and dealt with according to the principles of licence, propriety, relevance and not exceeding the aims for which the data was collected. b) With your permission, we will proceed in advertising the product on the internet using pictures of the real estate to be sold or rented, as well as the traditional information brochures. Lack of permission on your behalf regarding this data will not alter the outcome of which, see a).c) With your permission, we will proceed in advertising your real estate brokerage assignments for buying or renting by inserting the data that you have provided us with in our data bank and in the Replat plc data bank, which has its legal and operational head office in Rome, Via Zoe Fontana n. 220. If you do not give permission you will not be able to use the service.
d) Your e-mail addresses and/or paper can be used to send commercial communications on our similar activities and enterprises. We inform you that as of now you have the right to block any such communication at any time, by telephoning 0541309240, fax 0541392838 o e.mail: info@bigiarini.it. Blocking any such data will have no bearing on the outcome of which, see a) and b). 2. Compulsary or optional information : name and surname, place and date of birth, residence or home data that are pointed out as compulsary at the moment of collection and are necessary for carrying out the assignment.
